Walking Tours

Explore the magnificent scenery through a wide range of walks to suit all tastes and fitness levels.

Walking offers a superb vacation for the physically active with an interest in the outdoors, flora a fauna. We have a considerable portfolio of Scottish walks with an emphasis on Perthshire.

Some Tour Ideas

  • A one day tour from Glasgow to undertake a four and half mile (7.2km) walk based at Fortingall (Perthshire) and to visit the ancient yew which may be the oldest living thing in Europe. Alternatively, there is the nearby Birks of Aberfeldy which offers a circular walk of similar distance and which was visited by the poet Robert Burns in 1787 from which he was inspired to write a poem on the area.
  • A one week stay in the Aberfeldy area, undertaking each day a different walk to suit individual preference for distance and terrain.
  • The Rob Roy Way, a seven night independent walking holiday provided by www.hookedonwalking.co.uk
